Cash Software, a specialist in online accounting software, has been acquired by Visma. Cash Software, which has included Microloon as part of its business for the past 7 years, was founded in 1984 and has been developing business software for small and medium-sized enterprises for more than 35 years. Cash Software has grown by staying true to its roots and has always put the user first in order to offer innovative business software with excellent service. Today, more than 10,000 companies use CASH and Microloon, and together they manage over 400,000 accounting records. “By becoming part of the Visma family, we now have even more leeway to continue offering the best software and service and to create added value for all our users,” says Robert Mijnsbergen, CEO of Cash Software.

Cash Software Retains Its Own Identity
Cash Software will continue its business operations as an independent organization under its current name, while drawing on the strengths of other Visma companies. The two former owners, Jaap Boender and Zita de Booij, are leaving Cash Software. Owner Robert Mijnsbergen will remain as Managing Director.
