You will take ownership of the execution of one or more M&A transactions, from valuation and documentation to due diligence and closing. You will serve as the primary operational point of contact for the client and provide substantive guidance to analysts.
You will manage multiple M&A transactions and deal teams simultaneously. You will monitor quality, pace, and risk; serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the client; and actively contribute to securing new mandates.
