CRM specialist RADAR Software is becoming part of Visma. Hogenhouck M&A advised RADAR Software founders Brigitte Buntinx and Harrie van den Bersselaar on this transaction.

RADAR Software was founded twenty years ago and focuses on providing CRM solutions to accounting and bookkeeping firms. Today, more than 650 bookkeeping and accounting firms use RADAR Software.
