Serverius, IT infrastructure provider of data center colocation services, is partnering with investment company CapMan Infra. The cooperation has the ambition to build a Northern European data center platform. Hogenhouck m&a assisted Serverius in this transaction.
Advanced data center expertise
Serverius was founded in 2008 by current CEO and owner, Gijs van Gemert and today employs about thirty people. Serverius has three operational data centers in the Netherlands with a total of 8 MegaWatt of available power. With the high level technical IT infrastructure expertise, Serverius also provides additional IT infrastructure services such as one of the largest Dutch IP networks and interconnectivity of the third largest Dutch internet exchange "SpeedIX". Serverius' users include major Internet platforms, European data centers, Internet service providers and cloud providers. A wide range of companies useServerius as a supplier to deliver high quality and protected Internet infrastructure services to their users.
Growth in an exciting market

Expansion into Scandinavia
Serverius is CapMan Infra's first investment in a planned data center platform providing connectivity across Europe. The platform plans to expand into the Nordic countries by leveraging CapMan Infra's local market expertise. The company will focus on optimizing energy consumption, increasing the use of renewable energy and setting high operational standards for its operations and value chain. European growth ambitions
