How does the buying process?

For the process, we put together a dedicated team of business development and M&A specialists that formulates the principles, builds a buying profile, gathers information and identifies potential acquisition candidates. The team revolves around you. What you want and where you want to go.
From the candidates, we select interesting parties. We know the game to get to the table with the right parties, while maintaining a good position for any negotiation.
After we work with you to select a candidate, we initiate the follow-up process, gather information, arrive at a valuation of the business to be acquired, advise you on financing, and issue a non-binding offer (NBO).
We will determine the negotiation strategy with you as the lynchpin of our team, conduct the negotiations, and work with legal advisors to provide a letter of intent.
In the final stage of selling your business, we coordinate the book examination, direct the purchase agreement and complete the transaction.
