On April 1, Victor Rosier became a partner at mergers and acquisitions specialist Hogenhouck M&A. The partner team now consists of Mark van Beusekom, Rik Stikkelbroeck, Hein Stoops, and Victor Rosier. Victor had been working at Hogenhouck m&a as a director since June 2021. In recent years, he has advised on a wide range of transactions, includingWinst uit je woning, Validata, andParcelParcel. Prior to that, Victor worked in the M&A departments at EY and ING and served as CEO of a major logistics company in the Netherlands.

Victor made a very deliberate decision to change careers and join Hogenhouck, a leading M&A boutique. “After several years in a corporate setting, I missed the open culture and the dynamism of an entrepreneurial and engaged team.
