M&A parties see the market for corporate acquisitions recovering quickly. So says an update in the Financieele Dagblad on the M&A market with input from Hogenhouck.
M&A transactions accelerated
"We actually never saw a big dip. After sometimes a short hesitation in the first two weeks of the lockdown, a number of transactions actually accelerated. This is because the strategy for these transactions remains sound, or that the business case has become even stronger, for example through further digitalization," said managing partner Mark van Beusekom.
