Following the management buy-in of ATG Europe in 2012 (then still known as the AOES Group), ATG Europe acquired Petersburg Consultants one year later. Petersburg Consultants is the market leader in the conceptualization, calculation, and design of high-voltage power lines, including the mutual influence of high-voltage and medium-voltage power lines on their surroundings. The initial discussions took place in November 2012, and the acquisition was finalized in July 2013. Hogenhouck acted on behalf of the buyer.
