oneCentral has been part of the Yielder Group since May 1. The acquisition by this well-known Dutch investor with five other leading IT brands is an exciting step in the next phase of oneCentral's 15-year development. Pooling expertise together
Yielder Group had long been impressed by oneCentral's communications platform and the expertise of the team in telecom and networking on the basis of which the platform was developed and built. This knowledge is of great importance to the strategy of Yielder Group, which already announced interest to oneCentral founder Marius Savelbergh last year. "The foundation we have laid and our international presence fit very well with Yielder Group's ambitions," Savelbergh said. "The like-minded vision and the opportunities to further strengthen and develop oneCentral as an organization within the Yielder Group were decisive in agreeing to an acquisition."
Embedding quality and taking service to the next level
The acquisition has no changes to how oneCentral's partners and customers operate, technology or support. The platform and underlying infrastructure or routings remain unchanged. "With this acquisition, resources will become available with which we can anchor the quality of our existing services and further increase the level of service," Savelbergh continued. "Moreover, we foresee many opportunities to accelerate the development of new additional services in the areas of telephony, voice, hosting and infrastructure."
