The humidification company Cumulus has been sold to the investment firm Antea Participaties. Since 1991, Cumulus has stood for innovation and decisiveness in the field of humidification. Speed and flexibility are key to this. Cumulus humidification systems operate day in and day out at more than 1,500 customer sites and projects. In 2013, Cumulus was named “Antea Portfolio Company” of the year. Hogenhouck advised Cumulus on the sale.
