Software providers Roxit and Green Valley are merging to form a new group. Green Valley develops knowledge management software using intranets or extranets. It provides these IT solutions to government agencies, organizations such as housing associations, and businesses. The company develops and implements its own products for the front office (website/CMS, online service portal, and customer contact system) and for the mid-office (case management system and DMS/RMA). Roxit produces and supplies software and provides information management services to government agencies in the areas of construction and housing, the environment, soil, water, and land use planning. It offers a broad portfolio of products and services within the inspection and environmental sector. Clients come from the public sector and include environmental agencies, provinces, municipalities, environmental services, and water boards. Roxit operates from offices in Arnhem, Zoetermeer, and Zwolle. Hogenhouck acted on behalf of the seller.
