FileLinx, a specialist in low-code Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), joins Whitevision, a developer of software for digital document processing and workflow automation. With this strategic acquisition, both parties are strengthening their position in the Benelux and laying the foundation for further international growth. Hogenhouck M&A acted as exclusive advisor to the owners of FileLinx.
Since 2007, FileLinx has developed a powerful low-code platform that automates complex administrative processes, such as invoice processing, procurement, and order matching. With clients including Picnic, Achmea, and the KNVB, and a strong presence in the healthcare, manufacturing, and professional services sectors, FileLinx has grown into a leading player in document automation.
Frank Bunck, CEO and founder of FileLinx:
“FileLinx and Whitevision share a clear product strategy and a strong cultural fit. By joining forces, we’ll accelerate our growth in the Netherlands and internationally and develop even better, more comprehensive products for our customers. I look forward to working closely with Frank and the Whitevision team.”
The acquisition is part of Whitevision's "buy and build" strategy, which has been supported by investor Main Capital Partners since August 2024. The goal: to build a leading European software group within the rapidly growing IDP market.
Sjoerd Aarts, Managing Partner at Main Capital Partners:
“The acquisition of FileLinx aligns perfectly with our strategy of building leading software groups. Together, Whitevision and FileLinx have the technology and capabilities to serve the European IDP market with scalable, flexible solutions.”
