LOKO,an ICT services company based in Flevoland,has been sold and will become part ofhallo (formerly Tritel Fieber),a provider of ICT solutions for small and medium-sized businesses. Hogenhouck advised LOKO shareholders Ferry Schrijnewerkers and Mark de Vries on the transaction.
LOKO is a well-established name in Flevoland and has been a successful provider of managed cloud services to hundreds of customers for 30 years. LOKO is one of the pioneers in helping companies transition to the cloud. In addition to managed cloud services, its offerings include security solutions, Exact and Microsoft consulting, and services focused on effective implementation and full user adoption.
With offices in Zeewolde and Almere, LOKO primarily serves small and medium-sized businesses with 25 to 250 workstations in central Netherlands. Its client base includes Mercedes-Benz Global Training, Farm Dairy, and Daklapack, among others.
