Infotheek Groep NV has acquired Condor Computers BV. Infotheek has grown into an internationally operating company active in the sale of new, renewed, and refurbished ICT hardware. The company operates in seven European countries and employs approximately 400 people. Condor Computers has been a supplier of new and used Apple computers and mobile devices, such as iPhones and iPads, for ten years. With the acquisition of Condor, Infotheek strengthens its position in the Apple market. Hogenhouck acted on behalf of the buyer.
