Lancom B.V. and Lancom Telephony Connect B.V. (“Lancom”) have been acquired by the Dutch investment group BBB Invest. Lancom, founded in 1995, is a Rotterdam-based service provider specializing in the design, implementation, and management of complex IT environments. The company offers its clients a diversified range of products and services, including a public cloud solution (Veiligkantoor) developed in-house. Lancom is a one-stop shop for the SME / SME+ segment in the South Holland region and, over the past 21 years, has grown organically into a solid organization with 30 employees. Hogenhouck acted on behalf of the seller.
