Net Ground

IS Group B.V., a subsidiary of KPN N.V., is acquiring all shares of Net Ground B.V. Net Ground specializes in hosting and managing mission-critical web environments. The owners founded Net Ground fourteen years ago, and it has since grown into a leading specialist in the hosting market. IS Group offers virtual desktop environments, managed hosting, and tools to connect companies in different locations via the internet. IS Group was formed in 2010 through the merger of the Pins Group and IS Internet Services. This was followed by a series of acquisitions, transforming the company into a cloud computing service provider. In July 2015, the Purmerend-based cloud service provider was acquired by KPN. Hogenhouck acted on behalf of the seller.
