TPS Group has been sold to Jelle Bultsma, former CEO of Olympia Uitzendbureau. TPS Group helps large organizations, insurers, and financial institutions improve their back-office and front-office processes. The owners, Ron and Karin Goldewijk, have found in Jelle Bultsma the ideal successor to further develop the company. The transaction resulted in a joint venture between Bultsma and Goldewijk. Hogenhouck acted on behalf of the seller.
