Clondalkin has sold Van der Windt Verpakking to the Paardekooper Group. The Paardekooper Van der Windt Group, with 380 full-time equivalents, generates annual revenue of approximately €250 million in packaging materials, disposables, and business supplies. It serves a variety of markets, including retail, foodservice, industry, horticulture, and agriculture. Hogenhouck acted on behalf of Van der Windt’s management team.
