With the acquisition of Vellance, Sentia is strengthening its position in the market for business-critical IT outsourcing and managed services. The acquisition is part of Sentia’s ambition to reinforce its leading position in the field of managed services for complex and business-critical cloud applications in Europe. Following the acquisitions in Denmark in late 2016, Sentia is now growing to 300 employees in the Benelux and the Nordics. Vellance aligns with Sentia’s strategy of acquiring innovative and successful organizations to strengthen its market position.
