Theo Oudelaar has joined as a new partner at Hogenhouck m&a

Hogenhouck M&A welcomes Theo Oudelaar as a new partner. With his addition, the partner team now consists of Mark van Beusekom, Rik Stikkelbroeck, Hein Stoops, Victor Rosier, Hans Pluijgers, and Theo Oudelaar.

Expertise in Commercial Optimization and Growth

Theo has more than 25 years of experience in scaling and transforming a wide range of organizations: from owner-managed companies and private equity portfolio companies to large corporations. His focus is on business-to-business operations, both nationally and internationally. Theo has held management and executive positions at companies including ABN AMRO, American Express, and DTG. In 2020, he joined BusinessBuilding as a partner and provided guidance to SME entrepreneurs and companies on a consulting and interim basis regarding commercial growth and (digital) transformation. In that role, Theo has recently been involved with Hogenhouck M&A and is now making the transition to the firm.

Focus on Innovation and Market Impact

In a rapidly changing world, Theo draws on his expertise and strategic vision to help entrepreneurs and companies maximize their market potential and capitalize on new growth opportunities.

An entrepreneurial team focused on growth

Mark van Beusekom, Managing Partner at Hogenhouck M&A, emphasizes the importance of Theo’s appointment: “Theo brings expertise in commercial strategies and a focus on sustainable growth and transformation—both for our clients and for Hogenhouck itself. His appointment strengthens our ability to guide entrepreneurs in achieving their business objectives and maximizing their potential.”

Theo Oudelaar says: “Hogenhouck’s mission to ‘Help Entrepreneurs Move Forward’ really resonates with me. Here, I can combine my experience in scaling and transforming businesses with strategic growth through M&A. With my entrepreneurial mindset, I look forward to working with the team to strengthen Hogenhouck’s position and help entrepreneurs in achieving their business and personal ambitions.”
