The three (co)founders of Deepdesk, Robbert Dijkstra, Lukas Batteau and Geert Jonker, together with the Deepdesk team, will form the AI innovation hub at Anywhere365 effective immediately. Deepdesk is Anywhere365's fourth acquisition with Bregal Milestone, a private equity investor in the IT & software market. Bregal Milestone is a leading European private equity firm focused on software and technology growth. The company provides growth capital and strategic support to market-leading technology companies and is part of Bregal Investments, a leading global investment platform.
After an earlier growth investment in Deepdesk by Secondstage, led by Jeroen Thijs and Remco van Blitterswijk, Deepdesk finds in Anywhere365 and Bregal Milestone a new partner for future growth. Secondstage realizes an exit with this transaction.
