IT supplier Infotheek Group is acquiring industry peer Centralpoint.nl, a specialist in computer products with more than 1,000,000 items in stock. With the acquisitions of Scholten Awater and Centralpoint, Infotheek Group’s revenue has doubled to over ‚Ǩ 800 million. Hogenhouck advised Infotheek Group on the transaction.
