The consulting firm Compris Consulting has gained a new co-shareholder, Mitch van der Heijden, through a buyout. Compris helps organizations (re)gain control over their strategic business assets and the management and maintenance thereof.
Control over strategic business assets
Compris Consulting was founded in 2000 by entrepreneur Ren van ’t Slot and has grown over the past 20 years into a leading consulting firm specializing in asset management. As a pioneer in this field, they know better than anyone how to make the transition from necessary maintenance to sustainable asset management. Compris operates in industries such as aviation, logistics, and oil and gas.
Plenty of ambition for new steps
Mitch van der Heijden joined the company’s day-to-day management in 2019. Ren van ’t Slot has consequently taken a step back and, since Mitch’s arrival, has been focusing primarily on new business. The partnership was formalized through a share transaction.
