REBO Real Estate Group has joined DomiLinq, a real estate platform supported by the family office Strikwerda Investments. With this move, DomiLinq is expanding its services—including into institutional real estate management—and strengthening its position as a full-service real estate provider in the Netherlands. Hogenhouck M&A advised REBO Real Estate Group on this transaction.
For REBO, joining DomiLinq lays the foundation for the next phase. The company will continue to build on the strengths that have defined it for nearly 50 years: personalized service, local engagement, and a single, recognizable point of contact for customers, residents, and clients. At the same time, REBO will gain access to expertise, economies of scale, and investment capacity to further strengthen its services.
Nearly 50 years of real estate expertise
REBO Real Estate Group is a diversified, nationwide real estate partner with nearly 50 years of experience, 160 employees, and 11 offices. The company offers a comprehensive range of services in the areas of property management, homeowners’ association management, real estate brokerage, and related consulting services.
As a result, REBO serves a broad client base: from institutional real estate owners to private homeowners, and everyone in between. This combination of nationwide coverage, broad expertise, and personal commitment forms the foundation of the position REBO has built in the Dutch real estate market.
REBO’s strength lies not only in the size of the organization, but above all in the way the company maintains close ties with its customers. With 160 employees, REBO continues to present a unified front to its customers. That sense of familiarity and personal approach will be maintained even after the merger with DomiLinq.
A new phase while maintaining our own identity
The partnership with DomiLinq gives REBO the freedom to continue building on its own strengths. By becoming part of a broader group, REBO gains access to additional expertise, economies of scale, and investment capacity. This will enable the company to further optimize its services for clients, users, and residents.
Ninke Sloot, CEO of REBO, on the partnership:
“Through its partnership with DomiLinq, REBO gains access to the broader group’s expertise, economies of scale, and investment capacity, enabling it to further optimize its services for clients, users, and residents. At the same time, REBO retains its identity, as well as the personalized approach and quality for which it is known.”
This balance between continuity and further professionalization makes the partnership a logical step. REBO retains what sets it apart while becoming part of a platform with the ambition and clout to continue growing.
Building a Full-Service Real Estate Platform Together
DomiLinq is building a leading platform for full-service real estate services in the Netherlands. Its strategy focuses on combining local entrepreneurship with the clout of a professionally organized group.
With the addition of REBO, DomiLinq is expanding its range of services, and the platform is strengthening its position in areas such as institutional property management. The combination creates an integrated property manager capable of supporting clients across multiple aspects of property management.
Sustainable growth is a key priority for both parties. By combining expertise, people, and services, we create a stronger platform that is better equipped to respond to the evolving needs of property owners, residents, homeowners’ associations, and other clients.
The M&A Process
Hogenhouck M&A advised REBO Vastgoed Groep on this transaction through Rik Stikkelbroeck, Albert van den Pol, and Jelle Appels.
Ninke Sloot, CEO of REBO, on the collaboration with Hogenhouck M&A: “We were looking for a partner that fits our culture, our people, and our clients. Hogenhouck helped us make the right choices based on that conviction. Their experience, commitment, and critical perspective gave us a great deal of confidence throughout the entire process. As a result, we look back on the collaboration with great satisfaction and look forward to working with DomiLinq with a great deal of confidence.”
Rik Stikkelbroeck, speaking on behalf of Hogenhouck M&A, on the transaction: “Over nearly 50 years, REBO has grown into a strong national real estate partner with a distinctive culture, a broad range of services, and deep customer relationships. In this process, it was important to look beyond scale alone. The right partner had to align with REBO’s identity, the people behind the company, and its ambitions for the future. The merger with DomiLinq has created a combination in which REBO retains its unique character while gaining the strength to continue growing. This makes it a strong and forward-looking step for all involved.”
