Online Video Recruitment Is Attractive to Organizations

Recruitment and selection are increasingly taking place online and via video. The use of video is a natural step in employer branding, candidate selection, and the onboarding of new employees. Cammio’s platform supports the entire video recruitment process. It makes recruitment and selection more personalized and efficient for recruiters and candidates alike—from candidates’ video-based motivations and pitches, to easily scheduling appointments, conducting video interviews, and performing AI-powered personality analyses. A large number of prominent companies from various sectors across Europe use Cammio’s platform.

An Important Step in the International Growth Strategy

Cammio was founded in 2013 by entrepreneurs Walter Hueber (CEO) and Bas Dirkse (CTO). The company has 20 employees and offices in The Hague and Düsseldorf. As part of the StepStone Group—which has 3,300 employees in 50 countries—Cammio can continue to grow internationally. CEO Walter Hueber will continue to lead Cammio following the acquisition.
