Vistapaint B.V. (a subsidiary of International Vistapaint Holding B.V.) is acquiring Universal Imports bvba’s operations related to Aguaplast™ and Red Devil®. With this acquisition, Vistapaint will be able to offer its clients even more expertise and a broader range of paint solutions and products. Through this strategic acquisition, Vistapaint expects to further strengthen and expand its position as an independent paint specialist.
Effective July 17, 2018, all ongoing operations will be handled by Vistapaint bv, and all shipments will be made from their central warehouse in Nootdorp, the Netherlands. Vistapaint bv, as the new distributor, will provide a boost to both Red Devil® and Aguaplast™.
For over 50 years, Vistapaint b.v. has been an independent supplier of specialty paints from the Südwest, Jansen, Vista, NCoat, and Jaeger brands to the professional painting industry, with a strong technical expertise.
