oneCentral has been part of the Yielder Group since May 1, 2022. The acquisition by this well-known Dutch investor is an exciting step in oneCentral’s 15-year history. Bundling expertise
Yielder Group combines several leading IT brands. Yielder Group has had an eye on oneCentral’s communications platform and the team’s expertise in telecom and networks. This knowledge is of great importance to the strategy of Yielder Group, who already expressed their interest to founder Marius Savelbergh of oneCentral last year “Our technical foundation and our international presence fit very well with Yielders ambitions,” says Savelbergh. “Our shared vision and the opportunities to further strengthen and develop oneCentral , where the main reason to join Yielder Group”.
Anchoring quality and raising service to a higher level
The acquisition by Yielder do not come with changes to the way of working, the technology or the support to oneCentral’s partners and customers. The platform and the underlying infrastructure or routings remain unchanged. “With this acquisition, resources will become available to ensure the quality of our existing services and further increase the level of our service,” continues Savelbergh. “In addition, we see many opportunities to accelerate the development of new additional services in the field of telephony, voice, hosting and infrastructure.”
