Rapid transition to further digitization
CEO Rob Winkel on further digitalization and choosing Interstellar: “Telecom is converging to a workload within the ICT domain, a transition that has accelerated as a result of the corona pandemic. Ask Roger! is in a more than excellent position to accelerate growth and simultaneously transform into an organization with more proactive services that match customer expectations. As part of Interstellar, we can further optimize our service delivery, continue to ensure quality and continuity, and develop faster.”
Specialized in Microsoft Teams platform
Ask Roger! is a Microsoft Gold Cloud Productivity Partner and specializes in Advanced Calling, Advanced Meeting & Teams Rooms. The close collaboration with Microsoft resulted, among other things, in the development of a digital desk service for the Teams videoconferencing platform.
Excellent addition to the Interstellar collection
Interstellar is a group of generalist IT service providers and specialist IT companies. All companies are autonomous with their own identity, quality and specialisation. Together they form a strong collection to support the digital journey of SMEs today. Interstellar represents a total of more than 600 employees and a turnover of 140+ million euros.
CEO Maarten van Montfoort of Interstellar said, “With the addition of Ask Roger! we are able to offer our clients an excellent addition to the collection and in one fell swoop take a leading position in the Dutch market in this area. Ask Roger! like all other members of the collection, remains a stand-alone company with its own quality and culture. By connecting us with the Interstellar collection, the qualities in many combinations come out even better,” said Rob Winkel.
Retaining talent
Rob Winkel continues: “With the affiliation with Interstellar, we can offer our employees interesting development programs and continue to challenge employees through the cooperation and exchange with the other participations.”
The management of Ask Roger! is continued by founders Rob Winkel and Patrick Scherbeijn. The third founder, Gerben Hoogwerff Kroon, says goodbye to Ask Roger! and continues his work at ROGER365.io for contact center solutions.
