Raatwerk, supplier of SaaS software solution AMS (Arbo Management System) for health, safety and prevention, has joined Kader Group. Hogenhouck m&a advised the owners of Raatwerk, Marja van Slageren and Michiel Ridder, in this transaction.
Platform for Risk Inventory and Evaluation
Michiel Ridder founded the predecessor of Raatwerk in 1998 and with the AMS solution, Raatwerk evolved to being the specialist for digital Risk Inventory & Evaluation (RI&E). Owners Michiel Ridder and Marja van Slageren have consistently developed the modular platform for risk assessments for labour conditions, safety and health within organisations.
Kader is the market leader in advice and training in this area. By joining forces, a strong combination is created.
