TSA’s management is enthusiastic about joining the MyBit Group: “A wonderful new phase is beginning for TSA. This applies to both our employees and our customers. We will continue to develop the best software solutions from our base in Delft and, as part of the MyBit Group, will be able to offer our clients an even broader range of services and areas of expertise.”

Harmony Between Corporate Cultures

Hogenhouck M&A advised Peter Tanis on behalf of TSA in this transaction with Hein Stoops and Bart van ’t Zet. Hein Stoops commented on this collaboration: “TSA is a leading company specializing in the development of mission-critical software using Delphi and PHP. The strategic decision to partner with MyBit stems from careful consideration and is aimed at promoting business growth, product development, and employee well-being. MyBit’s stack-agnostic product portfolio will be strengthened by TSA’s specialized Delphi expertise. In addition, there is a strong alignment between the corporate cultures of TSA and MyBit. Both companies share not only a commitment to excellence but also a deep understanding of the industry. This cultural alignment forms the foundation for a seamless integration, which is essential for preserving TSA’s identity and values. The complementary nature of the companies creates a synergistic partnership that stimulates growth and innovation. This synergy is important not only for strengthening the market position but also for providing added value to existing and future customers. TSA places great value on a positive work environment for its employees. By choosing MyBit, this commitment is ensured. In short, MyBit’s acquisition of TSA embodies not only a wonderful partnership but also a carefully considered decision to positively strengthen the corporate culture, expertise, and well-being of the staff.
