Dutch shipping platform ParcelParcel will join ITA Consulting Group from platform LetMeShip from 1 April 2023. With this, LetMeShip is accelerating its European expansion.
ParcelParcel was founded in 2013 by Carlos de Vos, Bas Joustra and Nico Veenman. ParcelParcel enables companies in Belgium and the Netherlands to select the most appropriate logistics service provider for courier, express and parcel services. The company and platform continued to grow in the Dutch and Belgian markets and was featured in the FD Gazellen list of fast-growing companies four years in a row.
Internationalization as the next step

Growing time-critical goods shipping market
Hamburg-based ITA Consulting has more than 130 employees and seven locations in Germany, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland and Austria. ITA Consulting Group has been experiencing increasing demand for international B2B shipping solutions for years. This is particularly caused by fragile global supply chains, which have led to increasing demand for time-critical and highly flexible shipping solutions.
With the acquisition of ParcelParcel, ITA Consulting further strengthens its position in the European market. The shipping platform PakketParcel offers easy and efficient handling of all necessary services, such as price comparison, service overview, transit times and customs clearance. The merger of the two LogTech companies has high synergy potential, especially in the further technical development of the platform.
