Victor quickly understands the dynamics of markets and a company’s positions. In addition, he has a keen eye for both the personal and business ambitions of entrepreneurs.

Previously, Victor worked in EY’s M&A department, where he primarily managed transactions in technology and logistics. Before that, he spent more than a year as CEO at UTI, a major logistics player in the Netherlands. Victor started his career at ING in mergers and acquisitions and acquisition finance.
