Victor quickly understands the dynamics of markets and a company's positions within them. In doing so, he has a keen eye for both the personal and business ambitions of entrepreneurs.
Previously, Victor worked in the M&A department of EY, where he primarily managed transactions in technology and logistics. Before that, he spent over a year as CEO at UTI, a major logistics player in the Netherlands. Victor started his career at ING within M&A and acquisition finance.
