Hogenhouck M&A advised RM Investments (backed by Rabo Investments) and the management of SVS ICT on their merger with Qmunity, a group of six IT companies backed by Pontex Investment Partners. With this move, Qmunity strengthens its regional presence in Southeast Brabant and further expands its collective expertise and specialized services. For SVS ICT, this merger represents the next step in its development, while maintaining its personal approach, management, and unique identity.

About SVS ICT

SVS ICT is based in Someren and has been serving as an IT partner for small and medium-sized businesses for over 17 years. The company supports more than 400 organizations with management and support services, online workstations, Microsoft 365, hosting and cloud services, telephony and VoIP, managed networks and Wi-Fi, security and backup, and IT equipment.

Personal attention and long-term customer relationships form the foundation of our services. Customers work with dedicated, trusted contacts and can count on a committed and personalized approach.

Sander van Santvoort, Managing Director and founder of SVS ICT: “Over the past few years, we’ve built a strong organization together with our team. To continue offering our clients the quality and continuity they expect from us in the future, we were looking for a partner who shares the same values. We’ve found that partner in Qmunity. We’ll continue to do what we do best, but now we can offer our customers even more expertise and specialized support.”

About Qmunity

Qmunity is a group of six specialized IT companies (SVS ICT, Cubics, FourPoints, LOSNING ICT, ITS and Helder Telecom & ICT) that work together to make organizations future-proof. The group pools knowledge and expertise, while the member companies retain their own identity, culture, and regional character.

The partnership provides access to a broader network of specialists in areas such as cybersecurity, laws and regulations, data and analytics, telephony and VoIP, and specific IT solutions for the graphic arts, legal, and education sectors.

Strategic rationale for the transaction

With the addition of SVS ICT, Qmunity is strengthening its regional presence in Southeast Brabant. At the same time, the group’s collective knowledge and specialized services are being further expanded. This combination brings together regional engagement and personalized service with the expertise of a broader network of IT specialists.

For SVS ICT, this partnership offers additional opportunities to continue providing customers with quality and continuity in the future. Customers will retain their trusted contacts and can continue to count on the same personalized service. In addition, they will gain access to the additional expertise and specialized support available within Qmunity.

New opportunities are also emerging for employees. Collaboration within Qmunity provides greater opportunities for knowledge sharing, mutual cooperation, and personal development, while preserving SVS ICT’s own identity and culture.

Hogenhouck M&A

Hogenhouck M&A advised the shareholders and management of SVS ICT throughout the M&A process leading up to the merger with Qmunity, with Victor Rosier, Daan Zonneveld, Sytze Hageman, and Tijs Koolen.

Victor Rosier, Partner at Hogenhouck M&A, on the collaboration: “With SVS ICT joining Qmunity, Sander and his team can take the next step toward professionalization. In addition, SVS ICT’s deeply rooted local and technical profile is a perfect fit for the ‘Qmunity’ strategy.”

Sander van Santvoort, founder of SVS ICT, on the collaboration with Hogenhouck M&A: “Hogenhouck’s expertise and professional guidance ensured that we were able to navigate this process with confidence. We can look back on a positive outcome for all parties involved.”
