Managed solutions provider PHC has joined Yielder Group. Hogenhouck advised the director-owner of PHC in this transaction.
With 55 professionals, PHC is one of the top Managed Solutions Providers with solutions for internet, telephony and cloud workstations for business in the Netherlands. The Eindhoven-based company was founded 25 years ago and aims to make business telecommunications & IT easy and efficient, with a focus on innovation.
Offerering a broader portfolio
