IT service provider TTNL joins forces with FIELDS Group for further growth

TTNL, a leading IT infrastructure service provider, joins forces withinvestment company FIELDS Group. Hogenhouck m&a advised TTNL in this transaction.

TTNL, with its headquarters in Culemborg (Netherlands), is a leading IT infrastructure service provider in the Benelux and other selected countries. The focus is on optimizing complex hybrid multi-cloud environments, both technically and economically, to keep business critical data available and protected. The partnership aims to build on TTNL’s success and grow the company into a leading provider in Europe. FIELDS Group will support TTNL in transferring duties from founder and CEO Nicolai Kippersluis to a new management team, with Michel Luxembourg (CCO) and Derk-Jan Boon (CTO) playing an even more prominent role. FIELDS Group is an entrepreneurial hands-on investor focused on developing promising companies.
